As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and delivering top-tier talent to support business goals across Poland. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process aligned with company’s values and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Strategic sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Employer branding: Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Poland, promoting our culture and values through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
- Market intelligence: Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
- Compliance & reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Project involvement: Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, and technology enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of Polish labor market and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
