Our client is looking for a Java Software Engineer.
As part of our integration team, you will be working primarily in a team based in the UK, but collaborating with other teams based in Poland, Serbia, Romania and the US.
Requirements:
- Java, including the core language, platform, and Java EE technologies.
- Object Oriented Programming, Solid Maths foundations.
- Good understanding of algorithms and design patterns.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with C/C++.
- Experience with build automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or ANT
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with mathematicians to evaluate and implement game feature feasibility.
- Collaborate with front-end game client developers to define response structures.
- Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.
- Design and develop internal tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
