Project Manager / Program Manager – Talent Management
We’re looking for a Project / Program Manager to take ownership of our global Talent Management portfolio, with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding programs.
This is a hands-on, embedded role for someone who enjoys owning end-to-end programs, understands how organizations really work, and can move comfortably across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English skills.
- Previous experience in Talent Management processes.
- Experience in project or program management roles.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Solid analytical mindset with experience in defining and using KPIs.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
- Experience in project or program management roles.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve global onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Gather feedback, measure impact, and turn insights into meaningful improvements.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate program success.
- Build and manage project plans and drive program enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Take a holistic view of employee engagement and help introduce company culture to employees.
- Support change management initiatives and collaborate on learning and development programs.
- Connect Talent Management initiatives with other programs to demonstrate broader value.
