Responsibilities:
- posting jobs on external and internal job boards;
- scheduling meetings with candidates;
- reviewing CV;
- support in preparation of dashboards;
- support in internal projects (EB, candidate experience);
- phone screenings;
- support in ongoing recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree.
- experience in IT recruitment
- English and Polish skills.
- Excel
Nice to have:
- ATS familiarity;
- AI adoption.
