Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience in Project Management, ideally in technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large and complex projects across distributed teams and different locations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Advanced experience with JIRA, including project structuring and creating visualization dashboards.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, working with both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including preparing data-driven presentations for leadership.
- Experience in risk management, including identifying risks and planning based on risk analysis.
- Good understanding of incremental delivery approaches in both software development and project deliverables.
Nice to have
- Technical familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience in the lottery or gaming industry (e.g., player platforms, CRM, remote gaming servers, data protection).
- Project management certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
- Italian language skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive project governance, including risk management, proactive impediment resolution, and delivery of project objectives.
- Lead stakeholder communication with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Chair Steering Committee meetings to review progress, risks, and decisions with key stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning and execution, including time estimation, task sizing, and coordination across Agile teams.
- Manage project financials, covering budget tracking, forecasting, and approval processes (PAFs).
- Ensure clarity of deliverables and responsibilities through the RACI framework.
- Monitor team capacity and performance, facilitating retrospectives for long-running Agile teams.
- Develop and maintain JIRA dashboards to track velocity, capacity, burndowns, and burnups.
- Communicate milestones and Go-live updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Lead project closure and formal handover to the Services Team post Go-live of Hit the Jackpot.
