Our client is looking for a Azure DevOps Engineer who is able to thrive in a fast-growing business where change is constant.

Reporting to the DevOps Manager, you will have the responsibility of delivering customer value for DevOps. As the critical interface between development and operations teams, you will be helping build the DevOps culture. 

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Azure cloud environment.
  • 4+ years working in a Azure DevOps role.
  • Advanced skillset around automation via IaC and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experienced with monitoring tooling products like Dynatrace and Grafana.
  • Expert knowledge of Linux specifically Ubuntu and RHEL.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Experienced in CI/CD via Azure DevOps and Terraform/Terragrunt.
  • Good Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience with SQL DBM and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Proven communication skills, which you will use to interface with architecture, DBA and TechOps teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing IaC solution o Maintain and improve code related to software release creation and deployment o Update and deploy configurations for new sites o Update Terraform code as needed o Troubleshoot infrastructure related issues.
  • DevOps pipelines o Infrastructure deployment o Azure applications deployments o Deploy, troubleshoot, & improve Ansible deployment procedures as needed to Maintain service connection keys.
  • User management o Manage Azure AD users / groups to Manage Snowflake users / groups roles.
  • Operational support o Monitoring and maintaining cloud resource updates o Provide operational support to ensure the availability of business systems to Manage and escalate risks and blockers.
  • General o Used to working in Agile and Kanban methodologies o Adhere to industry best practices on security, protecting our customer’s data and business IP o Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and practices.
