Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (Junior/Mid)

Job description:

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer. In this position you will:

  • Work on troubleshoot support tickets from an assigned queue assist with Microsoft Azure related projects.
  • Help to improve our support processes work on implementing new infrastructure.
  • Assist with cloud integration.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 4 years of professional experience;
  • proficient with SQL;
  • familiar with VM software (preferrably through Microsoft Azure);
  • familiar with ticketing systems;
  • familiar with the software development cycle;
  • knowledge of spoken and written English, at least B2 level.
