Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the development team to build world class lottery products. The ideal candidate will have R&D experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Nice-to-have

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in working with multiple scrum teams.
• Experience in developing high-throughput web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product R&D stream, executing planned roadmap.
• Analyze roadmap status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure that requirements are met.
• Coordinate backlog dependencies among multiple scrum teams.
• Follow the status of each feature addressing the ownership with other groups (Product Management, Architecture, external development teams).
• Work closely with requirements engineers to estimate and developed to quality products.
• Report roadmap execution outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary.
• Coordinate the schedule of product releases with Project Managers and Service managers involved in customer projects.
• Promote high quality and timely completion of projects.
• Work with onsite and remote teams.
• Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency.
