Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with benefits administration and employee programs.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers.
- Ability to work effectively with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers.
- Manage HR transactions, employee records, onboarding activities, benefits administration, compliance requirements, reporting, and employee inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors to support HR processes and initiatives.
- Support Poland, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Administer local benefits and employee programs.
- Manage employee lifecycle events in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Poland.
- Contribute to regional and global initiatives when required.
- Focus the majority of responsibilities and operational priorities on the Polish employee population.
