Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (Junior/Mid)
Job description:
Our client is looking for a Support Engineer. In this position you will:
- Work on troubleshoot support tickets from an assigned queue assist with Microsoft Azure related projects.
- Help to improve our support processes work on implementing new infrastructure.
- Assist with cloud integration.
Requirements:
- 1 – 4 years of professional experience;
- proficient with SQL;
- familiar with VM software (preferrably through Microsoft Azure);
- familiar with ticketing systems;
- familiar with the software development cycle;
- knowledge of spoken and written English, at least B2 level.
