Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our client’s team and oversee multiple agile projects simultaneously. You will work with distributed teams located across Europe, India, the US, and Mexico. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with some flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings across different time zones, particularly during early afternoon US time.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing agile teams and projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage distributed teams effectively.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate multiple agile teams and projects.
• Ensure teams adhere to agile principles and practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with distributed teams across various time zones.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
