Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master with strong English proficiency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in transforming teams from an initial agile state to a mature and efficient setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate multiple agile teams and projects.
• Ensure teams adhere to agile principles and practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with distributed teams across various time zones.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
