Our client is looking for an Business Analyst who will be responsible for capturing the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes, systems, or workflows.
• Support the implementation of business solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to align on goals and priorities.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical or project teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with process mapping, business documentation, or reporting tools.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
