Responsibilities

• Encourage the Scrum framework adoption.
• Remove impediments so that the Scrum teams can deliver high-quality working-software Sprint after Sprint.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects to deliver in the shortest sustainable time.
• Ensure transparency of work to inspect and adapt.
• Support the Product Owner in grooming the product backlog.
• Design Jira flows and best practices that increase visibility for every stakeholder of the project. 
• Facilitate all the Scrum ceremonies and ensure meetings stay on track.
• Coach the teams to focus on continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of inclusion within the teams, a positive atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect, and help resolving conflicts.
• Leverage metrics and reports to help teams improve their efficiency.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Experience in training and hand-holding.
