Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with imaging and deploying computers using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude (some sites are facing significant IT support backlogs, so rebuilding trust and improving relationships with users is essential).
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations and related IT equipment.
- Collaborate with central IT teams to ensure smooth deployment of devices and updates through Intune/Autopilot.
- Monitor and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, keeping users informed throughout the process.
- Contribute to improving IT processes and documentation at supported sites.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local staff by delivering reliable and proactive support.
