Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports using both Power BI Repor Builder and Power BI Desktop based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports for performance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Power BI Desktop dashboards with interactive visualizations.
• Write and optimize DAX queries to support calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Support data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Document report logic, data sources, and business rules.
• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and interpretation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of proven work experience with Power BI development including Power BI Report Builder and Power BI Desktop
• Proven experience with Power BI Report Server or SSRS, Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio and Power Query.
• Proven experience in the use of ALM Toolkit and Visual Studio or Tabular Editor 
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Power BI Service, Azure).
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
