The Talent Management Specialist will focus on global talent management processes and initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be part of the Corporate Talent Team based in Italy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Management processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
- Strategic thinking and consulting practices.

- Digital mindset and innovative thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
- Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.
- Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes.
- Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation.
