This role is responsible for delivering production-ready integrations covering Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Supplier Intake / Supplier Master creation, as well as supporting Coupa Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID.

The engagement is delivery-focused and requires strong hands-on development across system integration, SAP data flows, and authentication.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience delivering Coupa integrations with SAP ECC 6.0.

  • Prior experience supporting ERP or procurement system implementations.
Nice to have

  • Prior Coupa implementation or post-implementation optimization engagements.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, PI/PO).
  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding governance and master data controls.
  • Familiarity with SOX-controlled financial environments.
  • Experience in global or multi-entity SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed functional and technical mapping of SAP ECC 6.0 procurement data, including:
    • Purchase Requisition,
    • Purchase Orders,
    • Vendor / Supplier master data,
    • Related configuration tables and custom objects.
  • Analyze SAP ECC 6.0 payment and spend-related tables and fields and provide recommendations for low-code or API-based integration into data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Document field-level mappings and data ownership in preparation for integration with third-party procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa).
  • Design and implement Coupa ↔ SAP ECC 6.0 integrations for:
    • Purchase Requisitions (PRs),
    • Purchase Orders (POs),
    • Supplier intake, onboarding, and supplier master creation.
  • Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, or middleware platforms.
  • Configure and support Coupa SSO using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including SAML-based authentication and MFA (Microsoft Authenticator).
  • Define and document interface architecture, data mappings, and error-handling logic.
  • Partner with internal Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT teams to validate requirements and integration behavior.
  • Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data, or authentication issues in pre-production and production environments.
  • Ensure integrations align with SOX controls, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for SAP data extraction, integration patterns, and reporting enablement.
