We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist with experience in HR processes and Talent Management. The ideal candidate will support onboarding, employee development and performance processes, manage SharePoint-based content, work with SAP SuccessFactors, and monitor feedback and KPIs to improve HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations for the pre-start onboarding process for the global business: create, update and maintain process flows; design and manage communications; monitor pre-start onboarding processes for managers and employees; identify and troubleshoot issues with onboarding experiences; measure feedback and KPIs to address areas of inefficiency and implement solutions; support Italy-based people partners with employee onboarding tasks and trainings.
  • Manage Talent Management SharePoint hub ‘Talent Central’ – create, maintain and evolve content and site experience across English, Spanish and Italian languages.
  • Act as point of contact and support for Italy-based employees for Integrated Talent Management (ITM) process, including creating content, delivering training, developing communications and tools.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Talent Management processes (onboarding, goals and performance, employee development)
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors
