Scrum Master
Our Client is looking for a Candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage the Scrum framework adoption
- Remove impediments so that the Scrum teams can deliver high-quality working-software Sprint after Sprint
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects to deliver in the shortest sustainable time
- Ensure transparency of work to inspect and adapt
- Support the Product Owner in grooming the product backlog
- Design Jira flows and best practices that increase visibility for every stakeholder of the project
- Facilitate all the Scrum ceremonies and ensure meetings stay on track
- Coach the teams to focus on continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of inclusion within the teams, a positive atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect, and help resolving conflicts
- Leverage metrics and reporting to help the teams improving their efficiency
Requirements:
- Scrum Master experience (3+ years)
- Good communication skills
- Experience with training and hand holding
